This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all bookings, payments, advances, and transactions made with Gurudatta Construction and Developers (“the Company”). By making any payment or booking, the customer agrees to the terms of this Policy.

Due to the nature of the Company’s business, all payments made are non-refundable. Once a booking amount, advance, or instalment is paid, it shall not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the customer, change of mind, or non-completion of documentation.

All bookings are provisional and subject to confirmation through a written allotment letter or agreement for sale. In the event a customer chooses to cancel the booking at any stage, the amounts paid shall stand forfeited.

Payments made towards booking, advance, instalments, or any other charges are adjusted against administrative costs, project planning, documentation, approvals, and other business expenses incurred by the Company immediately upon receipt of payment.

The Company shall not be liable to refund any amount paid in the event of delay, modification, or change in project details, subject to applicable laws and executed agreements.

In case of project cancellation by the Company or where refund is required by applicable law or regulatory authority, refunds shall be processed strictly in accordance with such legal requirements.

The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes shall be effective from the date of publication on the website or display at the Company’s office.

This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in relation to this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Pune, Maharashtra.
